What is the typical shipping time for yarn and accessories?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international delivery can take between 10-21 business days depending on the destination.
Can I return yarn if the color isn't what I expected?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused yarn in its original skein or ball form. Please note that we cannot accept returns for yarn that has been wound, caked, or used.
Are your knitting needles covered by a warranty?
We stand by the quality of our tools. Most of our premium needle brands come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Please contact our support team with your order number to initiate a claim.
How do I ensure I receive the same dye lot for my project?
Our warehouse team automatically picks the same dye lot for all quantities of a single color in your order. If we cannot fulfill your order with a single dye lot, we will contact you before shipping.
Do you offer digital patterns, and how do I receive them?
Yes, we have a wide range of digital patterns. Upon completion of your purchase, a download link will be sent directly to your email address and will also be available in your customer account dashboard.
