Contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unused yarn, needles, or patterns in their original condition and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
